iapplyai.app sells passes, not subscriptions, which removes the thing most refund policies exist to handle: there is no recurring charge to discover months later.
What is already true of every pass
A pass is one payment for a fixed number of days, or for good with the lifetime pass. It never renews. It never charges you again. Nothing needs to be cancelled, because nothing is scheduled to happen when it ends. You will not be billed a second time unless you choose to buy again.
If you delete your account
Deleting your account ends your pass immediately and forfeits any days remaining on it. That time is not refunded. The app states this before you confirm, so the decision is never a surprise.
If something is wrong
If iapplyai.app failed to do what it said it would, email the address on the site and describe what happened. That reaches a person, not a queue.
Open points
Not yet decided. Whether a refund window exists, how long it runs and what qualifies. iapplyai.app does not currently implement one, and this page will not describe a window that the product cannot honour. Until this is settled, refunds are handled case by case by email.
